Returns

Although we hope you love your Amber & Ayesha purchase as much as we do, we understand that sometimes its just not meant to be!

You have 30 days from delivery of your purchase to change your mind and return your item to us for a full refund or an exchange. If 30 days have passed then we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund.

The item must be returned unworn and unmarked with original tags attached within the same packaging you received the product. We are not able to offer a refund on clothes which have been worn or damaged.

To return your item simply post back to the following address and include your full name and order number.

Once posted, please do allow a few days for the item to reach us and be processed.

Although not essential, we do recommend you post your item using a trackable shipping service and purchasing postage insurance.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the postage costs of returning the item/items from your order. We highly recommend posting your return using a trackable service, we are not responsible for your item should it go missing and cannot provide a refund if the item is not delivered.

Exchanges

To exchange an item please return the original item and reorder the new item in a different size. We will only exchange items in an original order if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we have received your item we will fully inspect the condition of the return then contact the customer via email to notify them that the return has been received. If the item is approved then we will notify the customer that a refund will be received on to the original payment card within 5 - 7 business days.
